I'm Thinking Curries and Salsas


Well it looks like we are cropping now woo!! hoo!!! We have had dribs and drabs but its all coming up spicy now. The little guys pack a powerful punch (both in and out).
I guess its time to dust off the old food dryer again . We also have a S***load of herbs to dry as well so I am looking forward to the aromas.... We only managed about 8 varieties this year but all good ones(this is down from 17 last year). The dry and the heat pretty much wiped out the rest of the garden. Mike, I'm looking for the reasons why chiles are better than men (its a long list). You are all invited for a spicy dinner!
